Entry fee: $27.00 ($2.00 discount for hosting club members)
Maximum of 66 participants.

Entry fee due race morning. Cash or Check payable to SDITS.
Entry fee includes full day use of the host facility.We’re still working on goodie bag and randomly placed "prizes".

Volunteers Needed: The first 5 dedicated volunteer for each location will receive a Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill coupon. If you are able to help out and need more information contact SDIndoorTriSeries@gmail.com, with your name and phone number. We'll be in touch to discuss details (it’s easy and fun stuff).
Event Format:
The swim takes place in their 35 yard heated outdoor yard pool. There will be three lanes set aside for the event. Two participants per lane. Laps will be counted to determine distance traveled.
A 10 minute transition to set up your spin bike and change as necessary.
We will be using Spinner bikes with cyclometers to record your distance traveled. Bikes will be set up pool side so waiting athletes and swim lap counters can cheer
you on.
After your 20 minute bike session, you will have 5 minutes to head inside for your
15 minute treadmill run.
Bring a lock, if you wish to use locker room facilities.
Make sure you bring swim goggles, a towel, hydration fluid, and of course proper shoes. Reminder, NO clip in shoes for Spin bikes. All bikes will have adjustable toe straps.
Event Schedule:
First wave begins at 8 am, last wave time depends on the number of participants.
Please arrive a host facility approximately 45 minutes before (except for wave 1) your assigned wave start time. This will allow you plenty of time to check in and get an overview of the facility and any warm up as necessary.
Be on the pool deck a minimum of 15-20 minutes before your start time. You may be asked to count swim laps for the wave before yours.
If there are last minute cancellations, you may be able to re-schedule to an earlier wave start time
